Nefeli Fresh Hotel by Del Mare

Стаята беше много чиста,просторна,с невероятна гледка. Персонала беше много любезен, винаги усмихнати и на разположение за всякакви въпроси. Плажа е изключително близо до хотела,а градината е много приятна и уютна.

The hotel is literally the cleanest hotel I have ever been (and I have been to many places). The garden is beautiful and very well maintained, the food at breakfast and dinner was good quality and delicious. The view from my window was outstanding (never thought that at the beach I wouldn’t ming facing the mountain and the endless olive tree gardens that surrounded the place). The staff was very helpful, they spoke great English and German, and were super helpful when my bathroom pipe got clogged. Parking was OK, pool was clean.

I really missed having a fridge in the room as I wanted to enjoy a glass of wine at my balcony.

The garden is absolutely beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Cheers to Nefeli’s staff! The location is close the beaches we love. The rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable.

We have booked two rooms. At arrival one of the room bathroom was smelling very badly however once we alerted the staff, they have cleaned it again and resolved the issue immediately. The second room had a pungent smell which we have identified as coming from the fridge. One we alerted the staff they’ve immediately removed the fridge from our room, replaced the sheets and the smell was gone. The TVs were not working during our stay.

Otel çok sakin ve sessiz, huzur dolu bir yer. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü. Kahvaltı servisini yapan bayan ilk gün söylediğimiz çay-kahve tercihimizi ikinci gün biz söylemeden hazırlamıştı. Misafire değer veren, ailecek kalınabilecek bir otel.

Odalar da gayet konforlu ancak banyolar biraz eski, daha güzel olabilir. Duş perdesi çok kullanışlı değil ve yerler ıslanıyor. Banyolar daha kullanışlı hale getirilebilir.

Location, Greek breakfast, pool, personnel always nice and helpful, polite, every day cleaning, intimacy, care for customers.

Noise can be easily heard from the other rooms.

I had a fantastic stay here. The hotel itself is well equipped and competently run. The gardens and pool are beautiful and it has a fantastic location in the olive groves on the edge of the island. But most of all the staff were above and beyond kind and helpful, giving me recommendations of which restaurants to visit and helping me plan a whole day of activities when I asked. They made the whole stay relaxed and inviting. Some people might find the location a little further away from some of the more popular beaches and attractions on the island but for me, this was one of my favourite places I have ever stayed and I intend to go back
