Excelente con los detalles. Muy bien diseñado el apartamento. Muy recomendable. Un poco complicado el ingreso, pero se soluciono con el portero una persona muy amable y eficiente.

No tengo nada que opinar.

The beach is right across the road and, although the windows look to the side and you don't have a sea view, it's still very conveniently situated for a beach vacation. There's also a tram station nearby with a direct connection to the city center. The apartment is small, but with a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and stove, in case you're planning to cook. There's stuff in the cupboard like olive oil, salt and spices. No kettle or coffee machine though. There's a washer dryer combo in the bathroom as well and 2 spacious wardrobes.

It badly needs a deep clean. Although it has been tidied up before my arrival, it's overall pretty run down and kinda dirty. There were some filthy power sockets in the kitchen area that were unpleasant to loot at (you know when they've been accumulating grease over time?). The bed sheets seemed clean, but the duvet was so dirty it came out of the washer 3 shades lighter. I'm glad I decided to toss it wash. The AC was absolutely filthy and moldy, I had to complain about it to the host, so on day 3 of my 6 day stay someone came in and cleaned it. I also had to buy drain cleaner just to be able to take a shower, the drain was so clogged, it didn't allow water to pass through, so on my first shower it completely flooded the bathroom floor and even spilled to other areas. There are multiple roach traps in every corner of the apartment, and although I haven't seen a single live cockroach, the constant reminder that at some point it obviously was a huge problem, didn't add much to my stay. Everything is just very run down and doesn't look nice, the place would really do with a reno, to be honest. The price isn't cheaper than competition, so it doesn't make sense really.

The location was good, however the bed was quite uncomfortable (I have a back problem though), saw one friend Cockroach, we needed an extra 2 hours on check out day as flight leaving only very late, but this was refused We ended up by leaving the place one day earlier instead
