Sijainti oli hyvä. Kävelymatkan päässä Turun keskustasta. Myös bussilla pääsi kohtuullisen helposti liikkumaan esimerkiksi Turun linnalle. Autopaikka järjestyi helposti talon edestä.

Asuntoa ei oltu siivottu kunnolla ennen yöpymistä. Lattioilla oli pientä roskaa ym. eli imurointia ei oltu tehty. Tämä sai epäsiistin fiiliksen.
