Location was ideal for the train station and about a 20 min. walk into central Scalea.

Not the easiest place to locate.

Very clean and well equipped apartment. Just 5 min from the train station which is great if you have luggage to carry. There was a review about missing hot water, don't worry, there's is hot water you just need to let it run 30-60 sec :-) Katia was very kind and accommodating- I arrived late and she helped me get in via a remote access system. Very good value for money.

Great friendly and helpful hostess. I love the location, steps from the Scalea train station and 5 min to bar Daniela. The modern apartment is very cute and cozy and comfortable. Plus it has balcony so you can relax. It felt like home. I cooked meals there. I didn’t mind the announcements from the train station- it did not bother me at all. I will definitely stay here again when am back in Scalea.

Katie met me in the parking lot quite grumpy. I had no internet. Her message said she would be waiting outside between 12 and 1pm. I had showed up at 1215 no one was there so I went to a cafe to call her she did not answer so I drove back she was there in parking lot. Arrivale of the flat was cute, but come to find out heater did not work it was freezing i slept on courch with bedroom and bathroom doors closed. In the morning I saw hot water tank was unplugged so needless to say I could not USE the apartment. I made a cup of tea last night and in the morning and left. First thing she said was there is no wifi. Finding WIFI in Scalea is difficult. So I sit in a cafe catching up. I am not sure if she realizes how unable to be comfortable in that flat is. Hence the price I guess. I did not mind no internet but no heat or hot water. That was over the top. NOT GOOD...sorry Katie maybe you can fix these issues. There are 2 televisions. I could care less about television traveling to southern Italy one needs INTERNET to keep connected and work. Grazie...

The apartment is extremely clean and very well furnished. It has everything you need. Very nice balcony with a nice view of the neighboring garden. Very convenient place if you want to travel by train to different places in Cosenza area or to Maratea. We felt very comfortable during our stay.

Katia is a very friendly, helpful and hearty host and made sure we didn't miss anything. The apartment is small but well equipped. Is is located near to the station and to the historical city center which was perfect for us.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment. It deserves every one of the 5 stars I'm giving it. The apartment was impeccably clean, the location was perfect, and the facilities provided were top-notch. What stood out the most was how polite and friendly was Katia who made my stay truly enjoyable. I can't wait to come back!
