Piccole manutenzioni da effettuare nella villa, in primo luogo le serrature. Il complesso Sheraton sembra un po’ in stato di abbandono, quantomeno nelle zone periferiche del sito

L'assistenza continua di Mamoud. Vive in una villa a fianco ed è sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Non abbiamo mai avuto bisogno di chiamare un taxi, era sempre pronto a portarci dove desideravamo e all'ora che volevamo. Ha prenotato per noi le strutture ed i ristoranti, ricevendo un trattamento di favore. Detto questo, la villa è stupenda. Purtroppo la piscina non è riscaldata, però potevamo andare nella piscina dello Sheraton che è riscaldata. La scelta della villa è stata eccezionale. Rispetto al Resort hai una tranquillità estrema. La villa è molto grande e nuova. La cucina dava la possibilità di mangiare quello che volevamo.

This villa is a 10 out of 10. It is truly a fantastic property with large living spaces and many outdoor areas to relax and enjoy your holidays. The location is close to vibrant areas such as Nama Bay and Soho Square. The Red Sea is a stones throw from the property with a dive centre approximately 500 metres away. The villa has staff to assist for daily needs such as transport for groceries, etc. Both Mr Mahoud and Mr Mohomad were really helpful with any requests and both lived right beside the property. The property sits inside the Sheraton Resort complex, so the villa is really secure and our family felt really safe throughout our stay.

Water cut off 2 times during our stay but this was due to ongoing work in the Sheraton and returned shortly after.

As soon as we arrived, Mr. Mahmoud warmly welcomed us. The kitchen was stocked with food, drinks, and snacks, covering all the essentials of a typical household — a true sign of the host’s generosity. The house was equipped with high-quality appliances, and the interior was clean and tidy, with a central air conditioning system that kept the entire villa comfortable. The pool and garden were both well-maintained, clean, and relaxing. The villa is located in the Sheraton area, which felt incredibly safe — we even left the backyard door open without any worries. The villa was so comfortable and enjoyable that we weren’t even eager to leave and explore Sharm El Sheikh! Mr. Mahmoud was one of the kindest people we met during our stay. The whole group appreciated how he checked on us daily and made sure we had everything we needed.

Just amazing. The spacious house, the modern decor, the ample space and sitting areas for your whole group were some of my favorite specs. The private beach area for your villa and the few villas around you was a dream. The snorkling was amazing right from the beach. The pool is huge and the backyard has so many areas to unwind. The views were perfect. The host and his staff were all fantastic and helpful. The host was very accommodating from snacks and water to check in and check out flexibility. I would recommend this villa and would stay here if I make it back to Egypt from the USA. A huge plus is the villa is within the Sheraton complex so you can use their gym, visit their, shops, lounge on their beach and use their dock. They also have a few restaunts. They also have a taxi service, but I preferred the host's recommended driver for my airport transfers.
