Hideaway at Cybersquare

Only like the room with the facilities but not with the security there.

Really hope u improve the system of access keys which need to be access in the lift. I almost lost my lives with my friends because of stuck in the lift and lost our breath after almost 5 minutes stuck in that lift. Emergency button in that lift also didn't work although we repeatly trying to get help. THIS IS BEACUSE the access card are not well be told how to use and need to be changee cause it's already not working!!! Whenever we wanna go out as well we can't go out or in as we want although we have the access card because the access card didn't work to enter or out the gate. We need to tell the guard when we wanna go out or in so they will open manually with their own card. Moreover the security guard there also problem because they're not good in english or malay. And MOST IMPORTANTLY THEY ARE SO ARROGANT IN HELPING US WHICH I PAY TO STAY THERE BUT THEY MOSTLY SQUINT BACK AT US WHEN WE ASK TO GO OUT AND IN THE ENTRANCE GATE!
