The privacy and accessibility to the premise. It has all the necessary facilities for a few days business trip. And nice aerial view of the city of Kota Bharu to be appreciated at. There are some nearby local restaurant for dinner and the famous Kopitiam Kita restaurant is within walking distance for breakfast.

Just some minor check on the power point at the mini kitchen to avoid electrocution to customers. And the mattress may need to be changed since it was not even during sleeping.
