"Set up as residency for contractors/workmen but not a comfortable holiday home."

3.0

Using the last four digits of my phone for the key code made it easy to remember as well as being very secure.

The loo seat in the downstairs toilet was cracked and kept pinching the skin. The flooring in the back bedroom was very spongy and felt unstable. The gas fire in the lounge didn't work as there appeared to be no gas being supplied to it. The fire door into the lounge from the entrance hall did not shut even though it had a sign stating that it should be kept shut. The door of the shed in the back garden had broken hinges and I had to wedge it back in the doorframe to prevent possible injuries to the dogs. One of the driveway gates did not have any way of keeping it open and would easily blow shut in the wind with the potential of damaging the car when driving in or out. The beds were not very comfortable and the quilts very thin.
