"Exceptional"

Perfect location, easy accessible, well equipped, comfortable sleep. The street is close, but bed rooms were situated in the opposite side of the street so no noise. Very communicative host , willing to help. Days before arrival we got some recommendations and list of places to visit and to eat. Highly recommended.

There were nothing to complain.

"Fabulous place to stay and explore Lake Como ❤️"

This property is in a perfect location to enjoy exploring Lame Como from. It is very close to bus and ferry points. We found it much quieter than the very busy ‘touristy’ spots such as Bellagio and Varenna and it was nice to visit these other towns but very nice to get out of the hustle and bustle at the end of the day. views across the lake to the other towns was stunning. The local restaurants and cafes are unassuming but very authentic and extremely good value compared to the other more popular towns. So all in all we found this property and excellent base for exploring the region. Absolutely loved it. Very clean and had all the amenities we required - secure parking, washing machine, air conditioning, kitchen etc.

We loved everything about the property. Maybe the building across the road was a bit of an eye sore but nothing they could do about that!!!
