The staff was good and helpful

Facilities were not good. The electricity was gone more than half the time, the room wasn't cleaned up even after requesting the staff. The property is not accessible by car, you need to climb so many high steps. They have a very limited menu and half of the items are not available. Not worth the price at all

1:-Wants Only little maintenance of doors ( wants net door for bees / honey bees ) 2:- extension of parking.

Almost everything was excellent. Location, Facilities, Food - everything was really good. Best part was behavior of staff - they really went out of their way to help and make us comfortable. Overall, a must-stay-at property in Dhanaulti

This is not really about the property. It is about the narrow stretch of forest road just approaching the property. The road conditions need improvement at that stretch.
