The location was very good, near the beach, near bus station, supermarket consum, and many good restaurants. Also the owner was very generous, he invite us for lunch. I want to thank him again.

The location and the facilities were very good.

We found 2 cockroachs. And no back up tissue for kitchen and toilet.

The things positive were that the property is brand new refurbished with all new appliances and that bed was comfy too

First and most of all this property shouldn’t be for renting as the space is not adjusted for accommodation. The space is good for shop or an office but not for flat. The space is located directly close to the busy street at the ground floor with no windows. What you see on the pictures is actually a glass wall made of white glass that you cannot see through. Limited daylight is coming to the apartament. Location is noisy as there is bus stop directly opposite to that property and in the time I was there during the Fallas forget about sleeping as buses go throughout the night and there are parties at the Square opposite to the property. This is a size of a studio which could be ok if the studio was actually made out of the space designated for 24h rentals You have A/C there which in this time of a year requires heating . The location of fan isn’t good as well as it’s not distributing heat properly throughout the space. They claim it’s a perfect place for digital nomads . Wi-Fi is working well but forget about working as this place is too dark and too noisy for work there . I booked it for 6 nights but shorten my stay there as it was impossible to work during the day and sleep during the night and the place makes you feel like you are locked on a cage with no sunlight and no view from the window. If you have no choice and want to book for 1 night and spend the day outside yes it’s ok, but avoid periods of national celebrations in Spain . If booking for More than 1 day, you will regret it like I do . Absolutely no value for money. Pictures of the space inside look good but they do not show the reality. I attach pictures of where the place is located - directly on the street and the square opposite to it . It was raining that day so not many people around.

I like the equipment and the overall setting of the apartment

Maybe more wash powder, shampoo or shower soap could be provided or basic ingredients for cooking - I would welcome this so we dont have to buy everything in big packets for a week stay.
