I really like the room, it’s been renovated beautifully. The location is very central in Berawa, within walking distance to the beach, Finns Beach Club, Atlas, and many great restaurants. Their food menu is also very good. I especially loved the pork belly fried rice at 18Grams, the restaurant at KOA. Highly recommended!

Had a late departure flight so paid extra money for a late check out. Although do not understand what are we paying extra for if our room is not getting cleaned. The staff could not explain anything about the situation.
