Au petit déjeuner, on demande si nous pouvons avoir un thé, nous avions le petit déjeuner inclus, je n'ai rien pris d'autre et j'ai du payer le thé qui ne fait pas partie du petit déjeuner selon l'hôtel Pire, nous avons réglé la chambre en arrivant 480 000 dong, aucun problème. Le matin du départ, lacceuil nous dit que le prix est maitenant 570 000 dong et il nous demanade de payer la différence. Inadmissible sur le fond, et sur la forme pire encore, personne ne parle anglais, l'accueil devient désagréable et limite agressif. J'ai réservé de nombreux hôtels avec booking, sans problème jusqu'à aujourd'hui. Je déconseille très fortement cet établissement. Et je suis déçu par cette expérience. Bien cordialement

Tôi đã đặt 2 phòng cho ngày 4/1, ks đã xác nhận đặt phòng, khi tôi tới thì ks báo là hệ thống giá bị lỗi yêu cầu tôi hủy đặt phòng. Tôi đã tới mà ks hủy đặt phòng đó là điều rất vô lý và không trung thực

Had a good stay here, staff were friendly , bed was comfy, view was great, and breakfast nice. Had everything you need, would stay again

After a 6 hour motorcycle ride in the pouring rain, arriving to a cold shower wasn’t the most ideal. Aside from that, I enjoyed my stay here

During check out, the staff was ignoring me. Miss on reception started with check out process but during that time she rather helped people that were talking to her in vietnamese so I have been overlooked 3 times when she finaly returned back to me. After that, they charged me a towell (50 000VND) that according to them was too dirty nd couldnt be cleaned. The only thing I cleaned with that towel was me after a whole day ride in dusty terain so nothing unusual, so that towel must have been cleanable.
