It was cosy, bed large very comfortable, great heating, hot water pressure great. It had all the basics you needed. Nice Área, lovely cafe bar not far, Restaurants didn’t get to try out. Great WiFi.

Descrizione non corretta,la terrazza in comune dove abbiamo trovato 3 cani liberi ed aggressivi, parcheggio occupato e dal filmino che il sig.Luca invia non si vede la strada stretta ed un ingresso per piccole macchine ed alte con ingresso difficile in quanto hai lati vi è il canale(profondo)di scolo dell ' acqua piovana Il sig Luca sì è limitato ha fare una telefonata per sistemare la questione cani e parcheggio....sono dovuto intervenire personalmente Pagando€60,00 per le pulizie almeno il pavimento dovrebbe essere pulito, tralasciando ragnatele ed altro.Non pubblico le foto per correttezza Non ci tornerò più

A pretty Tuscan apartment in a lovely little Tuscan house with a terrace and a parking space, just a few corners away, from all the rights, the lefts and one ways of Pistoia, in a charming San Baronto village. The apartment has everything you may need for your holiday retreat ( as described ) and much more, it has an attentive housekeeper, cleanliness.... This place has a charm, it is a mixture of liveliness during the day, tranquility during the night, Just a few steps away from the apartment you can buy local papers, postcards... in Tabaccheria, local products, food and drinks in a local Store, or have a cup of delicious latte macchiato, glass of good Tuscan red vine or Amaro, perhaps a piece or two of home made pastry , scoop of home made gelato or a delightful dinner in Bar Enoteca e cucina, all served by very kind villagers.

amazing place, close to Vinci town, and 50min from Florence but the main attraction is the view, you can see very far and it has a beautiful sunset. the apartment is cozy, and the tables outside are perfect for a Tuscany dinner. it´s in my list for future return.

This proactive communication helped us prepare adequately and ensured a smooth check-in process. Overall, this apartment is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to explore Tuscany by car. It offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and true Tuscan charm. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit!
