Spacious 3-Bedrooms Villa Kamari in Berawa

Great location for Canggu, big space with 3x double bedrooms with their own en suites

Only negative is the road noise, it’s a very busy street during the early evening with people leaving the beaches

The property was absolutely beautiful and very spacious.

It was very noisy at night as you are situated right near the shortcut to Canguu

Big, clean villa in the heart of Canggu. It was very comfortable and host was easy to communicate with. Lots of eateries nearby but the little road in front could get noisy. Easy to also book Gojeks quickly. Good Wifi, nice pool and living area with Netflix. Drinking water also provided.

There were a few mosquitoes in the living room as it is an outdoor one but mosquito coils were provided.

Large comfortable beds. Soft sheets and nice pillows. Bedrooms tastefully decorated. The problems we had were quickly and mostly fixed. Good sun for a large period of the day. Nice pool.

Very noisy right next to a busy gang (Rd) with lots of bikes day and night. Towels were filthy and had holes and stains. Front door to the Villa doesnt lock properly, the one small safe for the three rooms was broken and only operated by key, all shower heads were blocked and we needed to get staff to clean, When it rains due to no rain blinds and slope of the tiles,, means the living area/kitchen floods under couches etc. The deck around the pool has rotten boards and the outside is generally run down and need of an upgrade. No umbrella (this was broken and sitting in a corner of the garden). The microwave was broken and made sparking noises when turned on. We had a rat living under the living room couch which was quickly eradicated by staff. When he moved the couch there was rubbish from previous occupants in the couch and under it. The couch is badly stained. Lots of ants in the kitchen. For a family I would suggest this place is not for you. This part of Canggu (Berewa) is very busy with lots of traffic, no footpaths and open drains with lots of rubbish. For a younger group it may be perfect due to the close proximity to a number of beachclubs (Finns etc). We come to Bali yearly and this was our first with our adult kids. Unfortunately not the best villa we have stayed in but one of the most expensive. Lots of the issues we encountered could have been fixed with better maintenance and cleaning. The staff were very pleasant and always helpful with our requests. Things like clean towels with no holes and stains should be a given.
