Location was just perfect. Easy walk to town. Unit was clean. Wi-Fi signal very good.

The main bedroom light flickering

We had a warm welcome from the hostess and she really went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. Staff was friendly. It was clean and cozy. Great view and will definitely go back.

Clean and close to amenities

Wifi didn't work. Didn't change towels on Saturday. Shower in unit 3 leaked

We had breakfast at the nearby restaurant.

It was peaceful and relaxing, had all the amenities required.

The main bedroom's bed was uncomfortable. Also the couch was uncomfortable.

a good location, housekeeping was a good bonus

The towels were supposed to be white but looked dirty white this was a bit of a put off. I booked a two-room place for a reason and property owner made me pay an additional R400 for the second room. The booking.com app showed an apartment with air conditioning only to find an aircon in the main bedroom only, this was also a bit of a shock as Clarens is very hot hence we looked for an airconditioned apartment. To crown matters we could not open the kitchen door as it was kept locked and we battled when cooking as the kitchen is very small and very poor ventilation, we had to ask the housekeeper to help with a key which she was reluctant to give us but after explaining to her our dilemma of ventilation she left the key with us, The apartment was a bit grimy housekeeping needs to do better, the entire apartments floors were horrendous when one person went to toilet at night the whole house was woken by the creaking wooden floors and the bathroom doors, otherwise very comfortable.
