"Friendly staff and beautiful view"

The view was incredible, the room was exactly as described and the staff super friendly always paying attention to the details.

Just a little bit far from ubud centre, a 10 min ride was required

A great place to stay in the middle of the rice fields. 10 min from downtown, need a scooter. Very clean very friendly staff excellent service

"Great place, with exceptions"

The location is fantastic with exceptional views across Porth Minster beach and the town. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach where there are all the facilities needed. Plenty of space in the house, with all the facilities and equipment required by a large group.

The walk back from the beach is very steep, understandable in St Ives but people need to know. The parking is very tight, if you have a large vehicle, it would be impossible to access, either front or back. It's a steep road at the front to carry luggage up and down and the back has steep steps for access.
