Bug in room, shower and sink don’t drain

The staff was friendly and accommodating when the room beside me had dogs left in the room barking.

The beds were supposed to be queen size and they were not. Not enough linens in the bathroom. Price was too much for the condition of the hotel.

It was a roach that was alive in the fridge causing us to switch rooms just for the next room to have the phone not work and tv issues

For the most part it was clean.

The housekeepers are coming to the door early. Before check out . It had a funny odor in the hallway. Also in the room beside us the dog barked all night. Also had ants in the room. Hardly no breakfast left no eggs just potatoes and waffles.

Calming Atmosphere

Located In a good spot. Convenience store right across the street. 2 minute drive 15 minute walk to nearest shopping center

The staff is rude and disrespectful. There also very unprofessional. They accussed my husband and i of smoking in the hallway, But they wouldn't run the recording of us smoking. They just wanted to keep our deposit. The breakfast was also old the bread and muffins were stale and the sausage and bacon were undercooked. The waffle machine was also broken and that's a main dish in the continental breakfast. the whole hotel smelled of cigarettes and Marijuana. Not very kid friendly at all. The sheets were dirty and the bathroom toilet had dried up urine all over it but they claimed the house keepers had just recently cleaned the room I wouldn't recommend this hotel to ANYONE

Good hotel for a fair price. Room clean but a little outdated. Did not care for the complimentary breakfast. Cereal was stale, not many choices for fruit and no eggs available. Had a nice exercise room.
