AUStephan was an amazing host, very friendly and welcoming. He met us to direct us to the parking space below the building and accompanied us to the apartment to explain how everything worked. He very kindly left some breakfast provisions in the fridge for us and the bathroom was equipped with a wide range of toiletries for guest use. The apartment is a great size and very comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay, including a washing machine. The apartment is at a busy intersection but we hardly noticed any traffic noise thanks to the window shutters. The apartment is well located in the lively Triana barrio and only a short 20 minute walk into the centre of Sevilla. Stephan sees his guest experience as a priority, and when we next visit Sevilla we will book this apartment without hesitation

MANous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet appartement à Séville. Il est très bien équipé et les consommables fournis étaient un vrai plus. La situation géographique est excellente, en plein cœur de Triana et prêtde toutes les commodités et sites de seville. L'hôte s'est montré d'une grande aide et gentillesse. Il nous a laissé des fruits et de l eaux fraîche à notre arrivée et s'est assuré que nous ne manquions de rien. Et le parking privé et gratuit étaient un atout rare. expérience à refaire !
TRWe’re so happy with our stay at Torre Triana during our visit to Seville! Stephan was by far the kindest and sweetest host we’ve ever met. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Stephan had kindly left us a variety of treats and little extras, which we really appreciated. Thanks to him, we also got to discover some amazing local flavors we wouldn’t have found otherwise. I’ll definitely recommend this place to all my friends. mucho gracias for everything, Stephan!

SKStephan as the owner is extremely nice, the property is in superb shape. He really goes beyond to make the experience memorable for the guests. He even has a small book ready with all necesaary info as opening hours of museums, nearby restaurants, etc.
I turned to all gods when parking 😅 in the dedicated garage. But it is standard for such cities, and im very greatful there was a parking available. Second minor thing- is the number of apps needed to open doors. I understand the need from owners perspective :) im just old fashioned when it comes to tech things
KRROWe had a wonderful four-day stay at this apartment in Seville. The host, Stefan, was exceptionally kind, helpful, and knowledgeable, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome — he gave us great recommendations and even helped us make a restaurant reservation, which we truly appreciated. The apartment itself was spotless, very well-equipped, beautifully maintained and had everything we needed (and more!). It also came with free parking, which was a huge plus. The location is excellent — just a short walk (about 20 minutes) from the city center, in a welcoming and clean neighborhood, with good restaurants and shops nearby. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seville!
