ESGreat location, a short walk across the river to the city, where we took the city sightseeing tour. The apartment has everything you need, is clean & comfortable with a great host that provides v.good tips on where to eat & drink. Underground parking included!!!

There was nothing to dislike about the property.
DEStephan was wonderful and met us at the apartment, helped us park the car and even went out of his way to habe some fruit, bread and condiments waiting for us. The apartment is new and looks exactly like the photos, the free parking spot is fantastic in Sevilla. It is just a short and beautiful walk along the river to all the important sights and there are quite a few shops and restaurants nearby. Stephan was always available for any questions and was very organized with lots of information provided for our stay. This was probably the best place we have stayed at this trip. The bed was comfortable, no noise from the neighbors.
I cannot think of a single thing we didn't like.
AUStephan was an excellent host. He greeted us & showed us everything in the apartment. Not only was it spotless & comfortable, he also provided extra such as bread, juice, apples , cherries, wonderful coffee. Linen& towels were top quality. Easy to park privately & a short walk to major attractions. The Tirana district is great to walk around with a fresh food market & supermarket close by. I would recommend this apartment highly

USThis property is exceptional and hope to return soon...very comfortable in all respects and everything imaginable was thought of. Parking and location excellent and stress free...Just a short walk across the river and you are in the mix of town...have to say a word or two for the owner Stephano...had trouble (my fault) with booking.com and he was most gracious and thoughtful and kind and acted with total integrity. I have a new friend in Seville and hope to see him and stay in the apt. again...don't miss it! Excellent!
