It was near to the centre of the city

We booked this apartment with the understanding that check-in was available until midnight. However, when we arrived at the property around 11:00 PM, no one answered the phone. After several attempts, the host turned off their phone completely. The instructions provided for accessing the apartment were unclear, and it took us nearly 30 minutes, with great effort and trial and error, to finally get inside. If you suffer from claustrophobia, this is not the apartment for you. The bedroom had no windows—only the living room had a window. There were no slippers provided. Considering the high cost of the apartment, we would have greatly appreciated at least two coffee packets being provided. We were a couple traveling with a 6-year-old child. There was a sofa that could be used as a bed for the child, but it wasn’t made up or ready to use. The shower drain had hair in it, the towels had an unpleasant smell, and the sofa was stained.

The location is great - near Aristotelous square and plenty of bakeries and market shops. Has functional fridge, washing machine and TV (even though we did not use at all). The door is really secure and we liked the fact that the mini apartments are separated from the rest of the building in a wing with a separate security door.

Please take the following as feedback for improvement. - The apartment was not clean enough for guests. There was dust everywhere - floor, TV furniture, bedroom. - The couch was dirty and stained. - The walls were dirty. - The mattress needs cleaning. - The floor was obviously nor swept or mopped before we came in. - The AC was "locked" at a specific temperature that was not enough to cool down the place. The first day was really suffocating, especially when we arrived from abroad with all the heat of European land. - The bathroom was smelly and we saw bugs coming out of the sewer. We had to block the drains with plastic membrane in order to sleep in peace. - The entrance of the building was smelly and dirty. There was a sign saying "Lock the door as you saw what happened". Which kept us worried until the final moments when we left. - You need to specify in the description the fact that there is no parking spot offered with the apartment. You need to say exactly that you need to pay extra for a parking at an independent parking lot provider that is around the neighborhood which will raise the spent amount at least 1/3 of the price paid for the apartment. - More furniture needs to be in place. We did not have enough surfaces to lay our things. It was a big mess trying to store all of the toiletries on the fridge or in the wardrobe. - The entrance before the apartment was dirty. Mopping the mini corridor before the apartment is a must and expected. I hope these comments are taken into consideration for the betterment of future guests' experience.

It is a nice clean apartment and is very centerally-located.
