I have a lost if things u don't like and they are below. 1.The room wasn't clean. There were waste paper and dust lying around the floor when we checked in. 2.There was already used towel in the chair 3.We ordered our dinner aroun 7.30pm when we were out and when we came to the room at 10.00Pm, the food was still not ready. They lied to us that they are still preparing it and after one hour they served us food which was cold 4.They had a very poor wifi connection. 5.They have mentioned that breakfast is from 7.30am to 10.30am but when we went to their serving area at 9.00am, there was no food ready and they asked us to wait for half hour. We got the breakfast only after one hour, that too after following up twice.Its not just us, I saw other customers complaining the same. 6.The attitude of the staff wasn't that good. 7.Whenever we called to reception for something,no one picked up.Only after multiple times of trial, somebody will pick up the call.

The hotel service was pathetic. They take 4 hours to deliver dinner. We ordered the same at 6 PM and receive at 10 PM. Even the food has no taste. The dal/pulse tastes like soup. The chicken curry has raw turmeric/haldi floating on the dish. They don't even stock water for drinking. The linen was dirty as well. Won't recommend even to my enemy to stay at this property.

Staff service was nice. View was too good.
