The property is in a great location, easy parking, and just a few steps from a lovely view of Civita Bagno Regio. Very fair price for a couple and dog. Lovely Restaurant/Wine bar a few doors down…

Certain parts of the property were clean… the kitchen and general parts of the bathroom. The whole property would benefit from a deep clean though. Mirrors and bath had not been done for a while.

Quite noisy, no AC, the bathtub without curtains (you should really change that)

They were still fixing up the apartment, and you could feel it. No shower curtains so it was hard to shower normally,

We had little time for a visit, due to problem with the car. But the host made all the best to keep us as at home with friends around. Thanks a lot, hope to come again to ur place

There is no parking as mentioned in the announcement, it is public parking in the street. There was also old coffe in the coffee machine and dishes in the washing cabinet… there were no shower towels, just small ones. There is also no wi-fi and the breakfast is a croissant in the next door coffee place.
