Superb place to stay, very clean and easy to check in too

There were missing and damaged bed slats. The shower in the bathroom fell on me. The sides of the bathroom were filthy.

It’s in a relatively good location.

Black mold in the shower including the shower head. The shower head holder was falling apart. The whole apartment is rundown. The biggest negative is that you can’t reach the owner, only automated messages from ‘Natalia’ about checking in and out. They don’t answer to the messages nor phone. In case any issues, you are alone. Not even Booking.com’s customer service was available for days.

It was very close to everything. It had everything you could need to warm up food, make tea and eat. It had a washer/ dryer and I was able to use it to do a load, that was super helpful.

It was cold. I followed instructions to try and make it warm but it didn't work. I even tried contacting the owner but didn't receive a response. Due to the fact that it was very cold, I ended up getting sick. I made sure to wear double socks and a sweater. The bathroom was very cold as well. So eve. After taking a hot shower you would get out of the shower and it was just cold. Also, around midnight through 2/3 in the morning you can hear people walking back from the pubs being very loud. Obviously that has nothing to do with the stay but something to be known. The curtains are also very sheer and the lights from the outside leak in. The kitchen had a sofa bed but I almost wish there was a table to be able to eat your food. Lime I mentioned I ended up getting sick and stayed in the flat for my whole stay. I only went out to get food. So I would either have to eat it standing up by the microwave or would take it to the room and there. I also was not able to figure out how to make the tv work so I just used my cell phone instead. The bed was a little bumpy and the pillows were flat.

Location was great. Very comfy bed.

1. Confusing house keys - there were several in the lockbox, not labeled, and we had to try them all to get the right 3 for the doors.2. Dryer did not work so used rack but due to problem with boiler/heater this took a long time. 3. Mold in shower. 4. Bathroom smelled of cat urine or ammonia. 5. Ongoing problems with boiler which lost pressure twice (overnight) so no heat at night and no hot water in the morning. Written instructions about boiler had a confusing typo. 6. Hostess well-meaning but slow to respond to problems.

Perfect location. Very comfortable bed. Everything I needed.

Could do with a bit more cleaning but not that bad! Garden wasn't up to much!

Great location!

The flat appeared not to have been cleaned. My colleagues were staying in the property and unfortunately didn't let me know until after leaving - otherwise I'd of been in touch!
