Not the room itself but more on the building because I kept smelling something and later on found out that it was from the other unit and the smells goes right through the small gaps of the door

We've booked this place for our long layover in Manila and it proved to be a wise choice. The checking is simple and involves presenting yourself to the front desk and the apartment is spotless clean and decent, being in a very safe neighbourhood

Very close (5 minutes' walk) to the Spanish Consulate

The property management of the apartment is very good and the guests around are also friendly. The swimming pool is a highlight, clean and huge. There are all the living facilities you need around the hotel.

Cleanliness in the house could be improved

Great facility with balcony facing the pool, downstairs there are restaurants and shops for every needs. The owner went above and beyond helping us, including on public holidays

I really appreciate the condo's location, which is incredibly convenient for families or couples interested in city tours, as it's close to many of NCR's tourist spots. Outside the building, you'll find numerous restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores, supermarkets, and ATMs, making daily life very convenient. The balcony is the highlight for me; it offers a breathtaking view of the entire condo structure, the pool, and the city's skyscrapers, especially stunning at night. Inside the condo unit, everything you need is available, including a rice cooker, cooking utensils, a refrigerator, air conditioning, and more.

Perhaps only the drainage in the shower becomes blocked, causing water to accumulate and not drain properly. But overall, it is tolerable.
