24 hr manned reception. Affable, helpful staff. Adequate power points. Excellent location with plenty of shops and restaurants all around. Homely atmosphere.

Tweak the cleanliness a notch upwards. Fix any leaking plumbing so the washroom floor remains dry. Get the linen to look and feel more fresh.
