Great location, easy walk to old Trafford and to the city centre!!

Bad review due to being informed on the day of my stay and after payment that my booking was cancelled as the property was occupied!

Close to warehouse project , clean, secure flat, nice area, nice views

No tv in room

Absolutely nothing !!! We were shifted property with two days notice to a flat on the fifth floor of a building without a warning that the new building had no lift. The actual property itself was unclean and very messy. There was no water available for a shower and if you wanted a shower, then you had to use a property two floors down. Hardly convenient!!

The local fire brigade had placed a notice on the door saying that this property had a prohibition notice in place as it was unsafe to use as a short term let due to a lack of safe evacuation measures.

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our night. The owner made sure we got in with no dramas. Super friendly and attended to all of our request. Would definitely stay here again.

Me and my friends were planning to stay here for a night while we went to a concert at O2 Victoria Warehouse. I was sceptical when I was charged a few days before the stay without any check in details but assumed all would be explained at reception upon arrival. However, there was no reception and the building appeared to be a student accomodation which you could only access via a key fob, which of course we did not have so I attempted to contact the property via phone call, email and message, however was ignored on all 3. Therefore, we had no way in to the flat, no room number or details and had to find somewhere else to stay. My friend then found somewhere else to stay as fast as he could as we were rushing to get to the gig. To our absolute disgust, the same thing happened again and upon further inspection of the property it was owned by the same owner located in Amsterdam with a different number, which we rang and once again got sent to voicemail. I then received a message after the concert finished to say the room had been double booked and we could not stay in it tonight so we were forced to stay in my friends uni accomodation. Fortunately, I believe I am going to be refunded for the stay, however this does not make up for the stress and concern of having nowhere to stay in Manchester as 4 young lads. I strongly recommend people do not book this property, despite it appearing good value for money on the photos as it is not worth the risk of what we had to experience. Edit: Just to clarify for anyone thinking the response I was given was true, I had reserved this property months in advance as I wanted to ensure I had a place to stay in Manchester, whether this was an issue with the owner or with booking.com I am not sure. However, this is still irrelevant to the point that there was 0 check in details given to me making it physically impossible for a self check in. On top of this, the response I was given was that the room was already occupied baffled me.

You often think the venue will never quite live up to the pictures, however it was stunning and was very easy to access. It's a great location if you're attending the coop live or the football.

Great space, very modern and exactly as described!

The hallways smelt as you went into the building…however it was immaculate and didn’t smell bad one bit once you were inside the room.
