Ultimate Luxury in Kgs. Nytorv

The apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated—ideal for two people. The location was perfect and one of the main reasons we initially chose this place. However, I strongly recommend reviewing the issues I mentioned. Unfortunately, due to those concerns, I would not recommend this apartment.

The bathroom was in extremely poor condition and essentially unusable, which is the main reason I would strongly advise against recommending this apartment. It was very small, the drainage was clogged, and water backflowed into the bathroom. The overall cleaning prior to move-in was unacceptable. The dryer had accumulated a significant amount of condensed water, suggesting it had never been cleaned. Water kettle was dirty and unusable. Additionally, all the kitchen dishes were visibly dirty. It appeared that either no cleaning was done at all before the move, or the cleaning service used was completely inadequate. Owner was notified of all issues and maintenance was not done for any of the issues during our stay.

Kopenhagen im Sommer und diese Wohnung - eine perfekte Kombination. Vor der Tür auf das Mietrad und los! Frühstück war nicht inbegriffen, aber wir konnten eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche nutzen.

Nur(!) das Badezimmer war etwas klein. Ansonsten keine Beanstandungen!

I do not recommend the property, the first hour I came I suddenly move to the nearest hotel and this property is not a good value of money, too expensive compared with the real condition

The property was not in good preparation to be rented (for my opinion), the lamp in two bedroom was not working and working well, the corridor is too dark and the bed in main bedroom is not well prepared
