Kontakt z wynajmującym, miałam wrażenie, że piszę z robotem, przylecieliśmy do Bari rano, i chcieliśmy wiedzieć jak ma wyglądać check-in, około 11 zadzwoniliśmy na nr podany przy check-in online i dopiero wtedy otrzymaliśmy konkretną informację, wcześniej na inne moje pytania otrzymałam kilka wiadomości wysyłane przez automat, nie na temat. Finalnie wszystko się udało, dostaliśmy kod i nawet pokój był gotowy o 12 więc mogliśmy wcześniej się tam udać, jednak kontakt przed przylotem był ciężki.

The facilities are OK, not faraway from the centrum .There is a washing machine combined with dryer.

I have arrived around 9,30 p.m. and it was impossible to enter. The door code was sent to me but the problem was that someone was locked it with a key, which was hidden in key box . This second code was unknown for me. I have tried to contact the property several times with no success. The recorded message was that they are working from 09 a.m. to 9.pm. Then I called another number mentioned in Booking - again nothing. I have to take a taxi to another hotel and in the morning after 9 a.m. I have managed to reach a lady who gave me the code for the key box. And instead to try apologise that they ruined my trip and find a way to be compensated, they blame me that I didn't call them on another phone number which is missing in Booking. There is a huge humidity inside as the studio is located on the ground floor. There is a significant noise from the street - people and cars. It is difficult to put a fresh air inside as there is only small part above the front door to be partially opened.

The apartment is just like the pictures.Cozy and well equipped. It has everything you will need for a pleasant stay. Great communication with the owner as we needed early check in which was provided to us by sending the codes earlier! The location is good almost in the middle of the Central station and the old city.

The floor was dirty and the neighborhood was a little strange. Maybe find something more central if you are girls only. Check out was until 11 but at 10.20 a lady knocked our door to see I suppose if we were still inside. Our flight was at the afternoon so because of the high temperatures outside we wanted to take advantage of the time we had.

The apartment is nice and comfortable, easy self check in.

The apartment was very equiped with what you need for your stay. There is oven, microwave, stove, kitchen utensils. The only thing is that in the lobby, downstairs, where is the kitchen and a sofa, is very cold, the AC was warming only the upstairs. The temperature raised a bit and the end of our stay. I feel sorry I didn't take warm enough cloths for staying in the kitchen/lobby. But overall, the apartment is everything you need. The street was quite. Bed very very comfy.

The suite is close to the center and to the public transport, looks exact as in the pictures posted and was thought to cover all necessities. It has coffee machine with supplies, water heater, dishwasher and all appliances you may need, it is very clean... Supplies are offered both in the kitchen and in the bathroom.

There is no heating in the apartment except the air-conditioning, therefore at the ground floor is a little bit cold. The towels are not as white as in a high class hotel :-).
