West One City Home from Home with secure parking

Love this place, second time staying. Perfect location, parking space and everything you need. Excellent communication cant fault the place at all.

Bought our own provisions.

Very clean, with a lovely kitchen/living area and balcony, and very comfortable beds. The indoor allocated parking space was a great addition.

The bedrooms were both very hot. Could not open the window in the main bedroom, and there should have been another fan in the second bedroom. The hot water was also very temperamental.

The apartment was nice and spacious and had everything you need, and a very good central place for Sheffield.

The sofa was a bit small for 4 adults to sit comfortably and when I booked last year I booked with 2 bedrooms with super king beds in each room but only had 1 bedroom with super king bed and the other bedroom had 2 single beds in it so I was a bit disappointed about that.

Good location, neat, clean, and secure apartment. The host was accommodating and helpful. I requested a late checkout due to my train's arrival time, and the host granted it without any additional charges. I will definitely come back with my family.

Great location, great flat and very handy to have free parking in the city centre.

One of the windows would not close/lock (which was not a big issue as these things happen sometimes) but when we contacted the host we did not receive a reply until the next day. By that time we had gaffer taped it shut so there was no breeze and did not affect our stay. My concern would be if there was a more significant issue and you were unable to contact the host.
