Staff didn’t speak any English at all. We had to get moved apartment (even although we wanted to be beside the shops) because the air con wasn’t working. In our new apartment, our power broke everytime we tried to use the oven. They asked for a cash payment but didn’t come to receive it and called me shouting at me!!
