Standard hotel near the Han river and han market. The shampoo tho smells bad as if it is expired. The city view room is a bit small

I didn't have a good experience with this hotel. The first room provided has sugar all over the seating area which made me wonder that they clean/vacuum this room? I requested to switch to another room. Then I found hairs on the pillow at the 2nd room. The cleaning standard is really lacking in this hotel. The layout of the room is not functional. If you are not a couple, you will have a hard time getting any privacy to use washroom and shower. On the positive side, the hotel location is really good and the breakfast is the best in my trip. Overall, I won't stay in this hotel again. There are many hotels to choose from and the room is not clean enough and comfortable.

We stayed at Satya hotel which was such a refreshing relaxing experience from our time in Danang. From when we first arrived the staff were so friendly and welcoming. A young lady called Hoa on reception was outstanding she helped us out with a tour we had booked making several calls to the tour operators in an effort to get it sorted out she was just brilliant. Overall the good fabulous, the rooms are spacious and clean. The rooftop bar is great and the views are spectacular

I came to the hotel after Tet, the streets were crowded and the atmosphere was very bustling, it is a central hotel so you will discover more about Vietnamese culture and life. I like the room with balcony and small clean gym. The receptionist Thuy Duyen always smiles and greets you. Will come back again!

Clean and nice layout hotel. Great location, opposite a cathedral and within walking distance to han market, dragon bridge, river cruise and night markets. Also, offers transport back and forth to attractions in the vicinity. Lots of great eateries nearby too!

We were in a river facing room, the view was spectacular. Staff was very sweet and english speaking. Ms Hoa supported us and suggested some interesting places to visit in the city. Room was spacious and clean. We also went for the spa, very relaxed and rejuvenating.

Beautiful room view, lovely staff take care enthusiastically. The hotel has a proof top bar on the 10th floor with a beautiful view. Thank you receptionist Hoa and Thien for suggesting the breakfast box for my family. I truly appreciate the thoughtful service that made our stay even more memorable.

The room is small but comfortable, and the space here suits my taste perfectly. It's cozy and well-arranged, making it feel like a home away from home. The environment is peaceful, and the staff are quite friendly and attentive. A special thanks to Ms. Hoa for asking about our needs and taking care of us so warmly. It really made our stay more enjoyable.
