Great location.

Bathroom. Would of preferred closed in bathroom not some sort of blind??? Messing if you're having a bath with kids???

Breakfast was excellent. Staff/waiters were very friendly and service was exceptional

Stunning, central location with amazing views. All staff members were friendly, cheerful and so helpful. We used the pool at the main hotel and at Harbour Square, which was smaller but more private and views were still exceptional.

Lovely hotel in a great location. All staff friendly and helpful. Nice touches such as welcoming drink and tea and scones in the afternoon. Accomodation more than adequate. Spacious and well equipped.

Our room was in a separate building from reception, breakfast and pool area but this was only a small drawback.

Reservation: there was a misrepresentation about the apartment with 2 bedrooms we booked. The reservation confirmation stated clearly "2 bedrooms apartment". Instead of an apartment with two bedrooms we were handed two keys to two separate bedrooms across a corridor. The hotel claimed that the glass (so transparent) fire security door at the entrance of the corridor leading to the bedrooms was the alleged "apartment" entrance door. The door was a corridor door, transparent so people could see inside and although it could be locked (like a toilet locker) from the inside, it could also be opened from the outside with a simple coin (like a toilet locker). This is obviously not an apartment with privacy and a secured key door. Although it was not an apartment with 2 bedrooms, the front desk kept maintaining it was instead of admitting that it was not what we had booked and actually helping us resolve the situation! So we had to contact bookings... we ended-up using one room only (handed the other key back to the hotel) and our two daughters slept on a sofa. We complained and as compensation on a ~9,330 ZAR booking we were offered a 2,332 ZAR voucher. I will let other customers decide for themselves how nice/fair that is. From our perspective we feel we have been mis-sold and do not consider the compensation to be fair. Cleanness: the room was dirty. Facilities: It was supposed to have a jacuzzi and a barbecue on the terrasse, the jacuzzi was dirty and the barbecue all rusty so we did not use it. Staff: front desk were not nice. Breakfast: the breakfast was not good (staff at the breakfast were nice though).
