Good location, right in the center and very close to the Mayo Clinic, which was the reason for my trip. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, and overall very comfortable.

It’s located in the basement, and the windows cannot be opened, which I wish I had known beforehand. Also, there’s no kitchen exhaust fan, so cooking can quickly make the space feel stuffy and unpleasant. The combination of no ventilation and no extractor is really unfortunate. Also, the curtains don’t block the light properly, the bedroom gets very bright early in the morning. I’d recommend bringing an eye mask if you’re sensitive to light.

This apartment is conveniently located by a parking garage, excellent restaurants and within two blocks of Mayo Clinic buildings. Our stay was very relaxing and comfortable and the apartment has a full range of amenities for a perfect stay.
