Manara Al Muna 1 Hotel Makkah

I stayed 5D4N ,, They provide me as my request,, i book only 4 twin bed actually i came to the hotel with 5 person and they provide me 5 twin bed without any charge its really great and the view from my room was so beautiful, mw room at first floor 105,, i love it, insyaAllah will back to the this hotel,,, strategic hotel, its really near to haram , only 7-10 minutes by walk to haram, all staff really nice, thankyou Al Salah Ajyad Hotel

Courteous staff and quite welcoming!! The GM is a very professional and a pleasant man. God bless the team..Felt like home.

Bathrooms can be better.

Location is very good. Close to Al Haram mosque. 10 minutes walking distance to Al Haram mosque.

There was a power cut ( no electricity) for two nights out of 3 nights stay.

The location is at walking distance to Al Haram (Ajyad Gate). Around 10-12 mins walk. The price was really good.

On 5 January 2025, the light was off from evening and came back after mid night. The weather was hot so it was not good. The kids were very uncomfortable. The emergency stairs were so dirty and looked like they were never cleaned.

There is nothing to like about this hotel. The worst hotel ever.

The worest hotel I have ever been in my life . Please don't stay at the hotel it's not clean, stink, dirty. When I tried to cancel the reservation, they refused to pay my money back. Also, when the manager said cancel and I will pay you back, he charged us three times for the cancelation itself.
