Eden Plaza Da Nang Hotel

Nos alojamos aquí por cercanía al aeropuerto. Es un hotel grande, pero está mal cuidado, da sensación de viejo, pero mal mantenido. Nuestra habitación era ENORME, con una salita en la entrada, y era agradable pero el baño estaba viejo, la cama no era muy cómoda... El desayuno estaba bastante bien, completo, hacían los huevos al momento. La piscina estaba bien.

En general, las instalaciones estaban bastante descuidadas, cosas amontonadas en esquinas... Moqueta desgastada con olor a viejo, baño antiguo... El colchón era bastante malo, también, como viejo con mil bultos y zonas hundidas. El gimnasio imposible de usar, hacía un calor infernal y no había aire acondicionado, pero sobre todo, porque las máquinas de musculación estaban inservibles y había 2 mancuernas tiradas por el suelo de distinto peso para más señas.

Never checked me in, no one was at the desk and I had to find another hotel, lied to booking.com and said I never checked in and then lied again and said that they never charged me. greasy hotel that tries to take advantage of foreigners should be taken off this website.

Our stay at Eden Hotel was okay. The best part was the big pool, which our kids really enjoyed, and the breakfast had a good variety and tasted nice. The staff were also helpful and friendly. Overall, it was fine, but nothing special.

The hotel wasn’t quite up to the standard we expected. The photos online looked nicer than reality, and while the room was fairly clean, the corners and bathroom edges could have been better maintained. The biggest horror for me was seeing a large rat by the pool area, this frightened me and made me feel so uncomfortable moving around the hotel. For this reason, I wouldn’t choose to stay again.
