La Perla di Marina

Very clean and pleasant apartment. Comfortable location to reach either Venice or to enjoy local shops.

The apartment is even prettier than in pictures and it is very clean. It has all of the needed amenities (iron, washing machine, dishwasher etc) and even has a balcony. The host was very responsive and helpful with the information.

We were there in November when it was around 0-8 Celzius degrees. The apartment has heating but it was very cold (because it is on ground floor and it is very hard to warm up - although the temperature is showing 22)..Additionally, neighbours upstaris have kids and they were jumping and really loud which was not pleasent but this has nothing to do with the apartment (the grade is still perfect 10)..

Could have used more towels And kitchen was sparse for cooking No Black out drapes No information on what was in the area for food shopping etc.

The location, the convenience, and generally pretty new place. Also, our host was very helpful and accommodating.

Very close to bus station if you want to explore Venice. And the parking lots nearby is convenient and very cheap with host’s advice.

The property is incredibly new and the design is awesome. We felt so impressed by the taste of all details carefully choosen. We arrived earlier than usual check in time and the host was nice and left us the key so we can refresh and get further as per our plan. This apartment is in our hearts if we ever come back .
