Uva Nera House Oia

The property was minutes away by car from Oia center, very convenient. The house is very spacious with all you can need during your stay and the patio area was ideal to eat outsiders. Katerina was very attentive and made our stay perfect. Thanks for everything :)

Very spacious apartment with everything you need. Host lives above so was there for check in and checkout and anything we asked about. Very friendly, very nice and helpful with information and suggestions. A bottle of wine on arrival, bottled water as needed, brought cookies, figs and a hand made parting gift. Exceptional. Apartment had full size fridge, tons of storage in bedroom, really nice decoration. Set back from main road on the island so quiet but easy access to it. Oia a few minutes away by car. Best host we have had and one of the best places we have stayed.

Be aware hot water is solar so on cloudy, cooler days, water is more like warm than hot. Otherwise, is hot. While the unit doesn't have a view, the view is not far away.

Host was amazing! Sent me lots of information on recommendations of things to do and restaurants. They were able to arrange scooter hire and the transfers to and from the port. They really made the time there amazing. The house itself is very spacious, pretty and stylish. Had everything I needed.

Katerina is an excellent landlord. She is friendly and enthusiastic to help us. The interior of the house is fully equipped, and it is very comfortable.

La casa molto bella, molto pulita. Katerina molto disponibile e gentilissima, ci ha offerto i prodotti del suo vigneto e un bellissimo souvenir fatto da lei! La posizione perfetta, lontana dal caos di Oia, in piena pace!

La casa è in un seminterrato, per cui non c'è visualità fuori, nemmeno dal patio

We love the host. Katherina met us as soon as we arrived at the property and handed us the keys. She allowed us to stay even more hours after our checkout time. She is very helpful and guided us to the tourist attractions. She even arranged a car for us to rent. She even gave us a handmade gift when we checked out. We would love to visit again and stay at the same place. House had all the amenities needed for us
