GBGBWell-located apartment in Cleethorpes, near St Peter's Avenue, the beach and the leisure centre. Lots of equipment / useful things in the kitchen. The heating warmed up the apartment very quickly.
Some of the kitchen pots and pans weren't clean and needed soaking before use. There could have been more clothes hangers and some instructions about how to use the TV and how to check out.

GBVery clean, beautifully decorated (with a sense of humour as well :) )and walking distance of the sea front and my family I was visiting. Broadband was very fast. Owners response to issues via phone and booking app was good .
Only minor niggles was the heating was on hive and no instructions on the property how to boost. Once we got it on it was lovely and warm. The bath seems to leak although having a shower was fine. The android TV had no terrestrial channels but you could manage with streaming apps if needs be.
GBGBIt is absolutely beautiful and very well decorated. It’s clean, comfortable and cozy. I don’t have a single bad thing to say about the place.

If the washing line outside belongs to the flat, then they need to provide pegs. The tv was very confusing to follow. I need a spare jug ,1 wasn't enough. Very minor things
