"Good little apartment, price is set correctly"

"Exceptional"

Big bathroom with a bath and separate shower. Comfortable bedrooms. Central location. Well equipped kitchen. Easily controllable heating.

It was quite an effort to carry our things up all the stairs from where the car was parked to the apartment (we came for a wedding so couldn't travel light).

"Good apartment for brief stay"

Great location in Kendal, small but spacious apartment. Loo roll, hand-wash, dishwasher tablets etc provided. Prompt and helpful communication from Phil. A good apartment for a brief stay.

The shower was very dirty with grime and mould. It needs a really good clean and the silicone replacing. The windows were also black with mould. Mattresses were very thin so you could feel the springs, particularly the double mattress. The locks to the main front door and the door to the stairs were very difficult to open - the keys needed to be wriggled around for ages to get the lock to open - they need replacing or at least a warning sent about this beforehand. An instruction booklet for how to use the tv/WiFi codes etc would be helpful.

"Perfect base for exploring south eastern fells"

Great value for money for a group. Accommodating host with quick communication. Apartment was spacious enough for 6 lads. Central location with parking options just the street behind. Place had everything you needed.

"Lovely stay and great location"

Location was good

The door downstairs was hard to unlock as kept jamming. There was alot of stairs to get to the top floor. Was mold around the walls of the windows that could of been sprayed and wiped off, leaving it quite musky and hard to breath and the chairs was uncomfortable. Apart from that its a good apartment and we had a good time.

Central location, good communication, well equipped.

This is a 3rd/top floor flat (no lift) with parking restrictions in the immediate vicinity - not ideal for those with lots of luggage (more of an observation than a negative).
