Para pasar una noche no está mal! Me gustó el buen aparcamiento que tiene y su ubicación cerca del aeropuerto. Las vistas al mar.El hall está muy bonito, tienes máquina de café gratuita y el personal muy amable

El aire acondicionado de la habitación no iba muy potente y tuvimos que pedir un ventilador, menos mal que tenían eso si que además la atención muy rápida y la chica nos lo subió enseguida. Deberían de mantener mejor las instalaciones ya que en la habitación una cama, tenía la pata mal, el grifo del lavabo un poco suelto, la cisterna un botón no echaba el agua…los precios de los hoteles en Alicante se han subido por las nubes y lo que pagas no es lo que ofrecen. 170€ la noche sin desayuno? Me parece una barbaridad y era de lo más barato que pudimos encontrar.

Leider kühlt das Zimmer nicht runter. Nach mehrmaliger Reklamieren hat sich immer noch niemand for einen interessiert ist also anscheinend in jedem Zimmer so. Der Gang wurde jedoch schön runtergekühlt echt komisch. Schimmel an der Decke. Der angepriesene Airportbus hält dort gar nicht laut Rezeption obwohl dort ein Schild steht. ÖPNV Anschluss in Stadt kaum möglich. Direkt am Meer jedoch kein Zugang zum Meer.

The vending machines in the entrance were very handy. The staff were welcoming, cheerful and very helpful. The location was central and only 20 minutes to the places we wanted to visit. Our room was ready early so we were able to leave our heavy bags in the room before heading into the town. There is a stunning park a 20 minute walk away. The bedding and pillows looked brand new. Stunning sea view and large window. The air conditioning worked very well. The beds were comfortable. The food in the restaurant for both breakfast and evening meal was good. The lift was very quick!

There were coffee stains on the floor. We had not been left towels (staff rectified this as soon as they were told) the mini fridge did not seem. cold. We returned to our room to find workmen doing something in the ceiling and had to sit in reception for "ten more minutes" which ended up being 40. There was a telephone in the room but were not given any info about using it to contact reception. There appeared to be mould gathered in corners and under sealant in the shower cubical.

Lo staff è stato gentile e disponibile alle mie richieste. Camera spaziosa e il parcheggio disponibile in struttura

La pulizia della camera non era sufficiente, la doccia del bagno e il doccione ricoperti di calcare. Asciugamani non del tutto puliti e molto usurati. Nelle lenzuola ho trovato un capello. La colazione dolce comprendeva prodotti non freschi, non buoni per il mio gusto e poca varietà.
