"Nice small room for a couples weekend break"

“Jonathan has created a lovely, functional space that was perfect for our couple’s getaway. He was very informative and welcoming upon our arrival, then kindly left us to enjoy our break in peace — which we really appreciated. Thanks again, Jonathan!

Not much really — just that there isn’t a lot nearby in terms of shops, and Deal itself was fairly quiet. Most cafés opened quite late for breakfast, and you do need to drive a few miles to reach a main supermarket.

"Great place, great price and would definitely recommend"

Emily met us on arrival and showed us the room and the facilities. The room had its own private entrance, was spotless, well appointed, quiet and comfortable. All the information we could need for our stay was laid out, the coffee/tea making facilities extensive and the shower was great. In short, it was everything we wanted for a short stay visiting family, and we would definitely stay again when we come down in the future. We also met Jonathan briefly, and both he and Emily were very friendly and helpful.

"Warm, welcoming, cosy and reliable."

Very friendly host, shown us how to access the town, perfect spot to park in driveway, room was cosy and knew it would be a good sleep when we got back, nice little additions like shower gels and soaps. Very pleasant stay will be back again if in the area. Thanks

"Very good value for money accommodation with good facilities and excellent hosts."

Room only stay but equipped with fridge and microwave. Comfortable room . Very friendly hosts - very obliging in letting us leave the car at the premises on the checkout day. Pleasant and healthy walk into Deal centre. Would recommend.

I prefer a shower fitted over a bath rather than shower cabinet but available space would preclude this.
