Fab Location 1 bed Apt overlooking Glasgow Green

Great location in first floor of modern two-storey building, Morrisons ten minute walk, Barras the same, People's Palace five minutes away in front of house, spacious throughout, everywhere clean, kitchen well equipped for self catering, capacious fridge and freezer, functioning washing machine, comfortable bed (appreciated the electric blanket in a cold January stay), comfortable sofa, plenty of daylight plus good variety of electric lighting, good WiFi, loads of storage and hooks for hanging things up tidily. Agent and owner did try to get the plumbing sorted out (malfunction in cistern). Bring slippers since outdoor shoes must be removed.

No manual provided (the shower remained a mystery) no second key (advised to use Key safe), you need to have all your passwords to get anything on the TV, even with passwords it is time-consuming to log in to every app, no central heating, small hot water tank (fine for a shallow bath but run it beyond a few inches deep and it is cold). Towel rail not properly attached to wall, could not use it. Would have liked extra towels for 6 days, could not launder them because without tumble dryer and central heating any laundry took 3 days to dry. 2 normal kitchen chairs are needed for kitchen table, for making coffee needed, at minimum, a jug and coffee strainer. I found the strong synthetic perfume in several rooms distressing, but I know some people find it agreeable.
