Not one bad thing to say , amazing

The Location was nice, close to the bus stop and convenient stores.

Lack of towels, no hand towels and no face towels. There was no shower gels or soaps. The ensuite bathroom was very small, the water from the sink was splashing everywhere. There was no enough silverware. We were a family of 5 with just two forks.

Different front door lock, so you can’t lock yourself out

Quiet area, parking, nearby pub with food, 15 mins to city centre. Property spotless, well equipped, comfortable

Garden unkempt and no garden furniture as advertised

The position of the house was great

Clean, spacious and easy to get in. Comfy beds. Lovely for the kids. Ivie was very helpful and super quick in responding. The home felt like one. We will like to come again.

Some kitchen utensils were not clean. There was dirty water left in the boiler and some kettles. Nothing fundamental that the cleaners could not handle. Would also be good to trim the garden. Big nice garden which we could unfortunately not use because it was super bushy. I am giving the property a 10 if these two easy fixes are done. Also didn’t feel good being on camera when entering or leaving the property (cam is outside only). I understand it is for safety but just felt being monitored.
