"Worst experience of my life 😢!!!"

I informed them that I was going to arrive between 6.0pm to 7.0pm on Saturday 10th May 2025. Arrived exactly at 6:30pm to be told by a Ghanian woman who didn't speak English that there was no manager & that he had travelled ,also that she didn't know anything about my booking & told me to leave which I did & found another hotel . Terrible experience, please take this hotel off your list .

"The place was not very clean, and it did not smell good. The food was not good. I have spent way less and had better ser"

It was available, the ac was ok, the staff were friendly.

Bed were of bad quality, the breakfast could be better.
