Superior Stays Rosewell House - Bath City Centre

The property is advertised as superior and fabulous the building and interior is beautiful. It is in a great central location check in was smooth.

Unfortunately housekeeping let us down on this occasion we arrived to a dishwasher full of dirty items, sewage smell in the master bedroom, shower had limescale build up on doors and heads, towels and linen were not where described and could not be located. Glassware was mismatched and mostly plastic picnic style! Sadly the management of the property struggle with accountability and have failed to offer acceptable recompense for the disappointment the group faced during our stay. One member missed out on group activities whilst attending to the dirty dishes (an issue reported via a review in Oct 23 left unresolved) one group member had to use duvet and pillows without linen and no towel or toiletries as this was not left in a visible location if left at all(searched high and low) Advertising a superior apartment sets an expectation sadly the totality of these small issues amounted to us being unhappy and feeling that we did not get what we paid for in terms of description. The owner has failed to respond to justifiable messages of disappointment which included the temperature of the apartment where housekeeping failed to reset the remotes before we arrived property was 13.5 degrees in one room. Obviously an ongoing issue as they also had additional electric heaters which suggested the heating installed is either inadequate or tricky to use.

The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed including coffee machine pods There was plenty of room and the decor was gorgeous.

There was some rubbish under the sofa bed and chair cushions when moved

This apartment was just beautiful, fully equipped with everything we needed and more! Perfect location over looking Kingsmead Square. Comfortable beds and sofa bed too! Will definitely book again, for 5 of us staying it was a bargain and cheaper than a Travelodge.

There were no downsides to this apartment!

Still a little pricey and had a little problem trying to find the place, but totally worth it once you're finally there.

The location was perfect. The apartment was just as it looks in the photos - amazing! The host responded really well to any questions we asked. As a group of girls we felt safe and secure in the property. We loved the kitchen facilities and all the extras in the kitchen. The beds were comfy and the lounge/dining area was great for a special birthday breakfast. I'd love to live there!
