Not much really

Thé towels were dirty with brown marks , sink,s tabs with brown ring around them, coffee kettle with a whole in it so it would not hold the water. I don’t have any photos that would be good to share very disappointed, the nice part of the building was attached to the restaurant where they do karaoke until late night , so no great either.

Location was very nice - about 1/2 hr drive from Road Town, and easy to get here. Laid back area of Tortola. The restaurant was fantastic. Staff and food were exceptional. I'd recommend Sebastians to my friends in a heart beat.

There wasn't anything that I would change. Great service, nice accommodations, great beach, close to stuff.

Was grateful they quickly changed my room after the toilet quit working.

A couple of people in our group (4 rooms) thought their bed was uncomfortable
