The location

Poor maintenance. Many things not working properly. We also had to buy our own toilet paper which is a first for me. Fridge broken inside or let's say missing parts. Window by the stove can't open. Security gate @ prominade was broken. Parking horrible. No washing machine. No water pressure in main room shower water just drips out. General maintenance is urgently needed.

Close to shopping centres.

The parkings are really small. The breakage deposit. We travel a lot and don't get this anywhere else. Also the way it's conveyed. They say: I will only send directions once the breakage is paid. We already paid for the premises. This just doesn't sound right.

Beautiful ocean views, fantastic location, well maintained and clean, well equipped, good security.

Wall plug behind bed in second room not practical for charging phones, gasbraai burner needs a service as it does not lit in full, some of the pans in the kitchen is wobbly and needs to be replaced.
