Villa Rico del Sol

I loved the location, cleanliness, and facilities provided in the house. Very much recommended.

Good location in Miraverde, which is a quiet area on the outskirts of Costa Adeje. It was about a 20 minute walk to the beaches at Playa El Duque and Playa de Fañabe. Great views from the villa and the outside seating area was ideal for the two families we had staying. It's a well-stocked kitchen and had everything we needed, including a barbecue. The villa was clean and well appointed throughout with a separate seating area on the bottom floor for anybody that didn't want to socialise (the kids mostly!). Maria stayed in touch with us during the whole stay to answer questions and let us know when the pool was being cleaned, etc and even brought a birthday cake when she realised one of the kids had a birthday that day. Would certainly recommend the property.

An info booklet with all the house info in one place would have been useful. We were sent a very informative video and online brochure after booking with all the info, but had to keep re-watching it to find the bit we wanted. Minor stuff in the grand scheme of things though.

The property is immaculate and immediately a stand out from the rest. The modern and sleek looks really get your attention the moment you arrive, We all enjoyed how spacious the property was with the air conditioning really reaching every corner of the property ensuring a comfortable nights sleep. The pool and outdoor area is awesome with the pool being a lot bigger than the photos and nice / warm throughout the nights for a little late night dip. The terrace is really the standout with plenty of fun nights with BBQ / Music and a great view over Costa Adeje.

We didn’t mind the walk to the beach but for the older generation a hire car is a must as it is a hilly area.
