Centara Life Phu Pano Resort Krabi

We enjoyed our stay very much. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was good.

A little noisy from hallways and the driveway. WiFi was slow.

Friendly staff and the help we got from the staff. Good location off the main street. Bus to the city main every couple of hours, good local restaurants around that are not busy like main town.

The breakfast buffet was kind of ordinary. During the night there were people in pool area very noisy and security did nothing. Two nights out of 6 we were woken up at 2am and could not sleep. Unfortunately it looks like common occurrence and the the rooms facing the pool it was very disappointing. On the last day in the morning well before checkout, the room wifi was cut off - basically not a very friendly gesture.

The staff who run the place are absolutely terrible, the hotel had no running water for 2 days which we understand this sometimes is just one of those unfortunate things, but it was handled extremely poorly. We couldn’t wash ourselves in our room or flush the toilet for 2 days, we kept asking reception when the water would be back on, they kept lying and saying 1 hour, half an hour etc and it ended up being 2 days! We had to go to reception to use the toilet in the night so we could flush, they said we can use another room to shower in, we went to this room, water wasn’t working so they sent us to another room and said turn the water on and wait 10 mins and it will work, we waited 15 mins and it obviously didn’t work, when we went back to reception and told her she took the room card off of us and was messing about on her computer for about 5-10 mins without saying a word (we think she was hoping we would just go away) we ended up wasting an hour of our last day and we already missed an excursion we was going to do because we wasted so much time trying to find a shower. When the water come back it was brown, dirty and cold until the following day, the hotel reception didn’t even apologise at any point or even when we were checking out, they didn’t seem to care at all only offering a refund for one night along with NO apology. The coffee machine in a morning often ran out of milk so we couldn’t even have our morning coffee because it came out vile from the machine. There was a sign for us to put on the door that if we didn’t want our room cleaning that day, if we used it, it said we would get 150 baht to spend within the hotel which was a lie and just put there so that it would be one less room for them to ‘tidy’ for that day. The vending machine also took our money but didn’t give us the item. It is about a 20-25 min walk to the beach they did provide a shuttle but it is quite far from everything at night time too.

Gyönyörű kilátás a hegyekre. AoNang zsúfolt főutcájától pár perc sétára van, ahol már csendesebb a környék.

Reggeli nem volt a kedvencünk. Nem szépen tálalták az ételeket, sokszor hiányosak voltak és a tisztaság se volt tökéletes.
